Lulu: “Pilates helps me stay feeling young”

Lulu has revealed how she likes to keep herself fit and healthy by doing Pilates. The singer, who is 64, admits she finds ageing “tough” but says that looking after her skin, and doing Pilates and dance classes are her ways of making sure she stays feeling young.

It might seem like a strange question but Carol Smaldino is an American psychotherapist who argues this week on The Huffington Post that Pilates can, indeed, be poetic.

Hollywood star Mila Kounis has revealed how she now attends Pilates classes at 6am, in order to avoid the paparazzi. She got so fed up of being photographed en route to class, she says, that she changed her class times as a way of preventing the Los Angeles photographers from snapping her.
As it happens, we offer classes starting at 6am on Tuesdays and would consider offering them another day...
