Mary Biles - Massage Therapist
Mary trained as a massage therapist at Morley College in London and is a member of the International Guild of Professional Practitioners, the UK's largest multidisciplinary association for qualified practitioners in complementary medicine.
She has worked as a massage therapist at the K-Spa in the K-West Hotel in West London and at the 'In Sabina' Yoga Centre in Italy.
Mary's treatments bring together Swedish, Deep Tissue and Acupressure techniques in a relaxing yet invigorating massage that is tailored to the needs of individual clients.
Her philosophy is that life is all about finding a healthy balance and her aim as a massge therapist is to use massage to help clients achieve this equilibrium in their lives.
On a purely physical level, massage can produce a realignment of postural imbalances through the manipulation of soft tissue or with the easing of muscle tension or pain that may inhibit freedom of natural movement. Massage, however, also reduces stress levels, in turn promoting a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.
