You do not have to pay any joining fee, nor any monthly or yearly membership fee. Payment is strictly as-you-go.
You can pay for sessions either one at a time or in blocks of either 10, 20 or 40. Private sessions are also available.

We are open seven days a week, as follows:
| Monday to Friday: | 7:30am – 9:00pm |
| Saturday: | 8:30am – 2:30pm |
